I tend to focus on others and put them before myself. This leads to me not looking at myself and not take care of myself. Can put me in a bad place sometimes. I've had anger issues in the past and sometimes when I'm in a slump like that I tend to lash out. I unfortunately did that to the one person I tried my hardest not to do it to (nothing physical, I'm not like that) but sometimes I just get in a mood where I don't like talking to people which can get in the way of being in a relationship. I try to better myself everyday.

Even that is open to interpretation. Only we can sit in judgement with ourselves and define what we believe is right and wrong. now to voice an opinion on someone is fair, everyone judges, that's human nature and will be. We must know when it is the right time/place to say these though. yes, some things may be racist, homophobic, sexist. That should be stopped, but to voice an opinion based on some ones actions and saying "negative" things based off of that is a justifiable act that we should enforce. "If there is someone or something bothering you, feel free to reach out to any of the staff here or someone else not related to the situation." this brings a good debate that we should ask staff and admins to watch things in the server for that is the job of the mods, admins, and owner. "If you know that for sure you can come to an agreement feel free to message the person who’s bothering you, go talk to them in dms or something." I agree with this point that you must speak to the person to reach an agreement, arguments are needed sometimes to help out people. They teach people other viewpoints and open the eyes of both sides involved. If an agreement cannot be made then simply, both parties should back away from the situation as an "agree to disagree" type of situation. I agree sometimes it is hard to find a middle ground with someone and I also applaud those that can. Everyone is bound to improvement and I believe strongly that there are no such thing as bad people, only misguided.
